Shorter’s experience includes running subcontracted commercial construction projects, supervising field personnel, coordinating multiple trades, maintaining schedules, monitoring workmanship, resolving job site issues, and working directly with general contractors to complete projects safely and efficiently.
PLANNING
Every successful project starts with strategic planning. We establish clear expectations, manage scheduling, and handle contractor procurement to lay the groundwork for success.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
During this phase, we oversee material procurement, logistics, mitigating potential execution barriers and ensuring smooth project execution.
CONSTRUCTION
We provide experienced oversight throughout the construction phase. We coordinate contractors, monitor schedules and costs, review workmanship, document project progress, and address issues as they arise. Our focus is maintaining quality, accountability, and efficient project delivery.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
We ensure project close out with as-built drawings, cost analysis, final inspections.
